Child abuse: Ministry wants severe punishment for offenders

KUCHING, Sept 3 — The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry (KPWKM) has proposed appropriate punishment for abusers under the Children's Commission Bill to be tabled in Dewan Rakyat in October.
